Dining Hall - Meals are served "buffet" style.  We have a variety of menu options available from which you can choose. 
Our dining hall can seat approximately 250 people (150 in the "Main" dining room & 100 in the "Cajun Room").
Meal times are based on your group's schedule.  We have a variety of menu options from which to choose.

Snack Shop - Our snack shop is a great place to get something cold to drink and sweet to eat.  We also have shirts, hats, coffee cups, and other souvenir items.
